Sean Nicholson was born and raised in Mission Viejo, California. He graduated from Lindenwood University in Missouri as a collegiate athlete with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration. After trading frigid Missouri winters for warm California summers, Sean began his real estate journey working for a property acquisition and management company in Laguna Beach and has currently been with them over the past decade.

Meghan is an essential part of the BayBrook Realty team. A Washington State transplant, Meghan attended Hillsdale College in Michigan where she received a degree in Political and Economic Theory. She moved to California in 2001 where she worked in Operations and Meeting Planning for Pacific Life Insurance until 2010. After having two daughters, Meghan dedicated her spare time to raising a family and working part-time as an Essay and Application Evaluator for Hillsdale College Admissions while simultaneously helping her husband, Brandon, expand BayBrook Realty.

Being raised in San Clemente, Nicole has a true love for Southern California. Nicole enjoyed swimming and playing water polo for SCHS where she graduated. Leaving San Clemente for a 5-year stint, Nicole rowed crew and earned her degree at SDSU. Directly following her graduation she migrated back home to be closer to friends and family in sunny San Clemente.
